I specialize in helping people stuck in their trauma who do not feel like they can move on from the hurt and pain they have experienced in their life. Additionally work with couples on finding better ways of growing their relationships and assisting people who have been exposed to traumatic events or incidents.
Specialized training in helping people with psychological trauma and depression utilizing Accelerated Resolution Therapy ( ART). ART is an evidenced based psychotherapy - SAMSHA National Registry of Evidence Based Programs and Practices (NREPP). Highly effective in moving people through the negative images and sensations keeping them from being well.
The reasons people come to me vary and every personal story is heard with a sense of compassion and appreciation for how difficult it can be to seek help.
