I strongly believe that everyone experiences challenges and obstacles in their life and I am focused on offering both emotional support and practical guidance, which is crucial when assisting someone in identifying and navigating these challenges. By helping clients explore the root causes of their struggles, I work to address the immediate pain but also empower them to understand and transform those deeper patterns that have been created.

I utilize techniques from different therapeutic modalities including Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Person Centered and more. I tailor my approach to best match each unique client's needs.

I work with individuals and families who present with issues such as anxiety, depression, complex trauma or struggle with communication and getting along as a cohesive family unit. As a therapist I work to build off of your strengths and current skills to help you become the best version of yourself that you can be, one that you are happy with and proud of.
