Change is not easy, there are lots of reasons we can become stuck. But with the right therapist and the right approach change and transformation are possible. My style as a therapist is eclectic, but firmly rooted in Mentalization. I am certified to practice Mentalization-Based Therapy by the Anna Freud Centre.
