I hold myself to high standards in maintaining the right of client determination while showing unconditional positive regard for all. My own goal as a therapist is to try to help others feel empowered, restored, and of course enthusiastic each and everyday.
I believe it is important for others to know there's a moment in our lives where we need to feel listened, important, and valued. I want to help each and every client reach their goals and help them become the person they aspire to be.
