I provide individual, couples, group and family therapy.

Understanding that you possess the strength to cope with and move forward in spite of life's challenges is central to my work with you. I utilize a collaborative approach to support client's identification and fulfillment of personal goals.
Working in community mental health and hospitals settings offered me the opportunity to work with adolescents, adults and families with substance use, depression, anxiety, bipolar and mood disorder, ADHD, relationship concerns, grief and loss, and struggles to adjust to life's changes.
