I am Darren Cooke, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has vast knowledge and experience in the field of mental health. I have over 18 years of experience and have worked in various roles as a Therapist. Including Crisis work. I provide services for individual, couples, and family counseling and can treat almost all mental health needs. Anywhere from trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, co-occurring disorders including substance and alcohol use, and attachment issues revolving around relationships.
The age range I prefer to work with our 16 and older due to the platform being telehealth. Since I consider myself a generalist when it comes to treatment. I am comfortable working with almost all struggles a person, couple, or family is dealing with.
I first began my journey almost 20 years ago to gain a better understanding of how to have healthier relationships within my own family. While being in a position to contribute to society and be of service to others. I now realize I enjoy seeing people and their families get healthier.
