Seeking relief from anxiety or depression? Struggling with ADHD? Seeking a forensic assessment, educational or disability testing for accommodations at school or work? I can help. I have 20+ years of clinical experience to working with teens and adults. I use research-proven methods of therapy that will enhance your mood and quality of life. I also provide psychoeducational testing for ADHD, emotional and learning disabilities (ED/LD), and Autism Spectrum (ASD). My forensic services include assessments for risk assessment, mitigation reports, and parental capacity evaluations. I can also provide expert testimony by retainer.
I use brain-based therapies to treat past trauma and chronic pain. One method that I use is Brainspotting, a form of cognitive reprocessing and neuro-hypnosis which I combine with mindfulness training. It helps clients with trauma, OCD, panic, ADHD and even Autism Spectrum to enhance their concentration, mood, and self-control.
I also offer therapy for couples using Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), which is a groundbreaking approach that helps clients create a foundation of safety, intimacy, and trust. In EFT, couples can have the kind of meaningful, intimate dialogue they need to heal and grow as a couple.
