It can be difficult to reach out for help, so I commend you for taking that first step. In my practice I specialize in treating neurodivergence trauma. I am EMDR trained with a focus on decreasing symptoms of trauma, depression, and anxiety, and use therapy and EMDR to desensitize and reprocess narratives that are hindering you. We might explore the origins of your current beliefs and behaviors in order to better understand the dynamics of your experiences and how they may have shaped your perception of yourself and the world around you. We can then identify what beliefs are no longer serving you well.
I also work with Neurodivergent folks guiding them with issues related to executive dysfunction IE: can't get started on a task, stay on track, or get things done. Research indicates that ADHD is underdiagnosed in women, and I personally suffered from anxiety and depression for years, only to find that these were merely symptoms of ADHD.
