About
I work with individuals and families with a range of concerns, such as anxiety, depression, grief, mediation, and relationship issues. I truly want to know and understand you and I will listen to your story with compassion and empathy. Always validating your feelings and experiences, I am committed to treating you with respect in a warm, comfortable and non-judgmental atmosphere.
My counseling style consists of a warm, interactive, holistic, and strength based approach in which the client controls the pace and focus of our work. I also utilize person-centered along with cognitive behavioral therapies and coaching.
Realizing that no two persons are the same I ensure that communication and treatment plans are tailored to meet the individual needs of each client served. It truly takes courage to ask for help and it's where the opportunity begins for counseling. I honor your courage along with your decision to seek change.
