I am experienced in the following: pre-marital counseling, marriage/couples/individual therapies, grief/loss issues, inner child wounds, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, family conflict, sexual abuse, racial justice issues, substance abuse recovery, stress management, work/life balance and change of life issues.
My approach to therapy is integrative. I do not believe that one model fits every person, therefore I like to combine several models during sessions. As such, I act as the coach to encourage and empower my clients to lead the way in achieving their goals. I am also an AAMFT supervisory candidate and am accepting new supervisees
