I help my clients to overcome their anxiety, depression, fears, with evidence-based practices, such as CBT and TF-CBT. I help people to think better, worry less, and improve their anxiety and depression. Although, I am mental health therapist, my methods are like a coach. I build good relationships with my clients and create collaborative treatment plans.
As a young man living in the inner city, I experienced poverty, trauma, and hardship. It was difficult to overcome many challenges and not having the appropriate people to guide me exacerbated the problem. I believe that we can overcome any issue with the right guidance, mindset, mentor, coupled with the right actions to become the best version of yourself.
