Anger Management
This structured anger management group is an 8-week program designed to help participants develop healthy coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen communication skills. Upcoming Groups: Online Group: Begins Thursday, July 23rd at 6:00 PM. Group Self pay fee is $75 per session. Class size is limited. Individual session Cash Pay fee is $105 per session. Insurance options also available for individual sessions.
