Are you a women dealing with a past trauma such as a physical assault or accident? If your goals are to reduce negative emotions or process traumatic events, you are at the right place. I am available Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays until sundown.

I am a LMHC in FL & a LPC in MI. My approach is a combination of many skills including solution focused, sex therapy & EMDR. I believe that counseling is an interactive process & needs to be tailored to your particular needs. I provide a safe space for you to talk about your life & receive support & validation all from the comfort of your home.

It takes courage to reach out, & you are taking your first step, just by reviewing my profile. Sessions are $85. EMDR sessions are $165. Many insurance plans do not cover EMDR so plan to pay cash for this trauma intervention.
