Hello! Sometimes life doesn’t slow down enough for you to make sense of it all especially when everything feels uncertain, heavy, or mentally exhausting. I work with pre-teens, teens, individuals, and couples who want to feel more in control of their emotions, more confident in themselves, and more connected in their relationships. You might be feeling overwhelmed trying to keep up with school, friendships, or expectations as a teen, adjusting to the emotional ups and downs of pregnancy or postpartum, or noticing distance in your relationship and wondering how to reconnect.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. I draw from ACT, EFT for couples, SFBT, and EMDR, and I offer therapy in both English and Spanish. In our work together, we’ll create a space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin to make sense of what you’re going through.
My clients often share that they leave therapy feeling more grounded, more connected to themselves, and more confident in navigating life’s challenges. Couples often find new ways to understand each other, rebuild emotional closeness, and strengthen their bond.
