I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with 15 years of experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I have assisted individuals working through anger, depressive symptoms, anxiety, unhealthy relationships, low self-esteem, and stress. I completed my Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology at Michigan State University and my Master of Arts (MA) in Counseling at Oakland University. I am also a National Certified Counselor (NCC).

I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to provide comprehensive services in a concise, yet warm, empathetic, and supportive environment.
