I specialize in helping people of all ages who have anxiety, OCD, and those who are on the Autism Spectrum, including testing/assessment. In person or telehealth for people residing anywhere in Missouri or Kansas. Issues include anxiety, panic, social and coping skills, intrusive thoughts, giftedness, and self-esteem. Parents of younger kids may benefit from learning effective behavior modification strategies and fine tuning their parenting style. Issues addressed can include toilet training, help with bedtime and morning routines, sibling conflict, school anxiety, perfectionism, self-esteem, and tantrums/meltdowns.

In-person sessions available at my office in Prairie Village, KS or you can have a telehealth appt. There are many benefits to teletherapy including convenience, time savings and your therapy not being disrupted due to minor illnesses and inclement weather.

I'm very happy to briefly discuss your issue and goals and answer your initial questions via phone call and/or email. I answer my own phone and my clients, once established, have access to secure messaging. I'm looking forward to talking with you!

We currently have an online group of adults in their 20's-30's who have anxiety and autism. We meet once per month, usually on a Saturday afternoon. I form other groups, such as for teens, or older adults as interests arise, however, right now, this is the one we have going. Please contact me if you'd like to join this group or have interest in a future group. Our groups are very fun and supportive!

Intensive OCD therapy

This is a small CBT and I-CBT therapy group for 2-5 adults who are suffering with moderate to severe OCD and need more than a one hour a week appointment. This group meets Tue/Thur 4-7pm and Saturday 1-4pm for 4 weeks at the Prairie Village, KS location. Online options are available as well. I am working on insurance contracts for this group, however, at this time, this is a self-pay service. Please call (816) 651-1868 for more information.
