The Group is designed to be a safe haven, where confidentiality is must. Participants will have an opportunity to listen as well and share during group sessions. Every participants voice is important. The goal is to identify triggers, utilized tools learned to avoid relapse, maintain sobriety, and learn new coping skill in order to make healthy decisions.
Women's Group
The Group is designed to be a safe haven to address Substance use/abuse as well as trauma/PTSD. Confidentiality is must. Participants will have an opportunity to listen as well and share during group sessions to begin the process of healing. Every participants voice is important. The goal is to identify triggers, utilized tools learned to avoid relapse, maintain sobriety, and learn new coping skill in order to make healthy decisions for a brighter future.
