Hi. Let me introduce myself. I earned my MSW from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University, and I practice a strength based, holistic approach to therapy by using a variety of theories and techniques based on each individual's personality and needs. It is my firm belief that everyone possesses the natural ability to reach their most evolved and emotionally intelligent self.
I facilitate recovery, balance and a sense of clarity for those struggling to regulate their emotions and selfesteem, focusing on issues of trauma, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, attachment difficulties, relationship and family issues.
