Dynamic Wellness is a continuous, active, integrative, and adaptive process of pursuing optimal health and well-being, rather than a fixed state or destination. Mental, physical, and social well-being constantly fluctuate in response to internal and external factors (i.e, stress, finances, illness, problematic relationships, environment, and life events).
By focusing on integrating various dimensions of well-being, such as psychological, social, and spiritual health, I will teach you to gain discernment, safety, balance, and clarity.
