With my passion to help others, and my advanced knowledge base through exceptional training in various sites including crisis counseling for sexual assault survivors, and in a group home working with dual diagnosis clients, I am able to guide you through the healing process while providing a safe space. I want to empower you and help you move forward. I can help you process and connect your past to your present life experience and challenge you to make positive changes for your best future self!

I specialize in trauma work (PTSD), depression, and anxiety. I believe in retraining the brain in order to alter maladaptive thoughts, and behaviors. I'm a strong proponent of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Solution-Focused Therapy and EMDR.
