Along with traditional approaches like Cognitive Behavioral and Narrative therapies, I have a certification in Nutrition and Mental Health and specialized training in interventions such as EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, and Gottman strategies. I utilize a holistic approach that is consistent with Biblical principles.
