I can help you take charge of your life by making long-lasting changes in a short time. We'll work together to develop inner well-being and connect with your core self & intuition when life is stressful. Integrating traditional & alternative healing methods, you will learn mental health tools that charge up energy, integrating thoughts, feelings & grounded action. My clients often make big shifts quickly (6 months & sometimes less). I emphasize developing strategies for success and well-being for parents, teens, children, families & Millennials addressing divorce, school issues, launching, communication, and relationships.

Using Body/Mind Psychotherapy & EMDR, you will learn mental health tools addressing anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, PTSD, parenting, family issues, relationships, social skills, bipolar concerns, sexual abuse, addictions, spirituality, and Holocaust issues. I work with teens, Gen Z, young adults and their parents and seniors and their adult children.

I love teaching people to be grounded, present & use their intuition, integrating mind/body/emotions/spirit. I enjoy working with entire families, parents & one child, siblings and all configurations of families, including adult children & their parents. With Spielberg's Shoah Foundation, I traveled worldwide training interviewers how to interview Survivors.
