We can often feel overwhelmed or get stuck in unhealthy cycles in our lives and don't know where to turn. It is my goal to provide a mutually respectful environment built upon trust and compassion, where you can gain greater insight and self-awareness to handle life's challenges. I have been a therapist for over 28 years. I describe myself as eclectic in my approach as everyone is unique so your therapy should be tailored to you, your strengths, needs and goals. I integrate attachment theory, cognitive behavioral theory, psychodynamic theory, solution focused and a strengths perspective. I also believe in the power of laughter.
