Location
I help people take charge of their lives making long-lasting changes in a short time. Clients develop inner well-being, connecting with their core self & intuition when life becomes stressful. Integrating traditional & alternative healing methods, I use Body/Mind Psychotherapy providing clients with mental health tools that charge up energy, moving from thoughts to feelings to grounded action. My practice includes parents, children, teens, families & Millennials addressing divorce, school issues, social skills, communication, launching. As lead trainer for Spielberg's Shoah Foundation I traveled worldwide training interviewers.
My work covers parenting, family issues, anxiety, panic attacks, post-traumatic stress, bipolar concerns, sexual abuse, addictions, eating disorders, relationships, spirituality, and Holocaust issues. I also teach workshops on all of these issues. I also work with young adults and their parents and seniors and their adult children.
My clients often make big shifts quickly (6 months and sometimes less). I also teach people to be grounded, present and use their intuition. I integrate mind/body/emotions/spirit. I also work with entire families, parents and one child, siblings and all configurations of families.
