I work with parents, teens, and adults that are having challenges because of issues in their marriage, family, school, work, or friendships. I encourage clients to work out relational patterns or cycles and gain more support where you need it- your natural environments. My goal is that we can co-discover more healthy relational dynamics so you need to talk with a therapist less and can lean on your natural supports more!

I have interests in the areas of parenting, life transitions, intergenerational work, spirituality, and family or relationship challenges. I use trauma informed, attachment focused, and relational based therapy models to guide our work.
