Have you been stressed, sad, or hopeless about patterns in your most important relationships? It makes sense if you are struggling; humans are made to be close to loved ones, not disconnected! I work with parents, teens, and any aged adult that is having challenges because of issues in their marriage, family, school, work, or friendships. I encourage clients to work out relational patterns or cycles and gain more support where you need it- your natural environments. My goal is that we can co-discover more healthy relational dynamics so you need to talk with a therapist less and can lean on your natural supports more!

I am strength based and trauma informed in my work. You and your story matters to me! I have interests in the areas of parenting, life transitions, intergenerational work, spirituality, and family or relationship challenges. I use trauma informed, attachment focused, and relational based therapy models to guide our work.

I consider myself easygoing, creative, authentic, truthful, and playful. I promise to be an empathic, non-judgmental, and caring human in your pain. I aim to help you understand your automatic patterns and learn new or healthier approaches to use with yourself and those you love.
