Darlene completed her Master's degree in Counseling at the University of the District of Columbia, and her Doctorate in Social Work from Morgan State University. She utilizes multiple treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness strategies, and more.
