Darlene M. Amin, M.A., LMHC has over 13 years of experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I work with adults and specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, co-dependency, and addiction. I am also EMDR trained and have helped clients process trauma, anxiety, and addictions. I am also certified in Mindfulness and Meditation practices, and I am an LGBTQ+ ally. I have recently taken an interest in Integrative Mental Health (IMH) and I’m working toward certification.
