I love working with a variety of clients with a variety of needs. My general outlook is doing whatever I can to make the therapeutic relationship work so that my clients can feel safe enough to heal. I want for my clients to grow and become successful in achieving their goals so that when they leave counseling with me, they dont need counseling anymore. I want for them to know how to set healthy boundaries, to love themselves, and to be able to know how to cope with whatever life throws at you.
I specialize in Trauma. I am certified in EMDR. But that is only 1 way to deal.with trauma and you choose how we will deal with it.
I am sorry you are struggling. I have survived my own demons and i want to teach you how to defeat yours so that you can thrive in your own life. I know life Is hard but it is also beautiful. I know the recovery isnt easy but I believe there is a way! I know it's scary, but we will deal with the fear at each step of the way together, one step at a time.
