Virtual only- I specialize in intersectional identity, trauma, and learned intimacy/ vulnerability as inhibitors to fostering/ restoring trust, relational satisfaction, and reconciliation with your former self. My approach in clinical practice is solution-focused, relational, and skill-building, however requires my ideal clients to be deeply committed to reconstructing long standing beliefs and judgments. With over 12 years of both research and clinical practice, I treat common concerns such as mood disorders, TBI / ABI, OCD/ compulsive behaviors, bipolar disorders, disordered eating, narcissism, and relational/ intimate conflict.
Separately from clinical practice, I provide performance coaching to teen athletes (13+) and adult performers in entertainment, theatre, sporting, dance, etc. to provide immediate, neuropsychosomatic connection to optimize performance and deconstruct inadequacy (worthiness) and perfectionism (anxiety) inhibiting performance.
