As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I strongly believe in the value establishing a solid foundation of support for oneself in order to be successful in life. Making improvements to ourselves and our lives doesn't have to be such a scary process, and I'm here to guide you through the growth journey in a way that can be peaceful, fun, and realistic.
I have been assisting clients for five years, and have developed a therapeutic focus on families, couples, and individuals aged 13+ who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and other mood disrupting disorders.
I am highly trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches, but typically implement a blend of Narrative Therapy, Structural, Solution-Focused, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I use each of these approaches based on your unique needs and goals by processing your personal narrative, breaking down unhealthy behaviors and attachments, and development.
We are aware that life can become overwhelming, often halting us in our tracks when we are so close to achieving our goals. I would be honored to act as a guide for you in crafting a new path, when you feel like another has closed. Like other forms of healing, this is a process that requires us to be open-minded about the change we are seeking for ourselves.
