I specialize in treating trauma, mood disorders, and personality disorders. I use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and EMDR to address trauma-related symptoms. Additionally, I teach clients Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills to help manage distressing symptoms and improve emotional regulation.
