Thanks for stopping by! I work with individuals, couples, and families with adolescents to help each person find their own process. I firmly believe that the process is different for each of us and as a therapist, it is my duty to assist clients in their own discovery. Therapy is an active process and I love giving homework to clients.
I specialize in working with the LGBTQIA+ community but have worked with clients from a variety of backgrounds and walks of life. In addition to my experience as a therapist, I have been a yoga teacher for over 10 years and am incredibly interested in the somatic experience of clients. I believe that emotions and our bodies hold many keys to moving forward.
Beginning therapy can feel scary. To me, fear and excitement feel similar and it is one of my goals to help you see the adventure in pursuing therapy. You are the leader of this process and I am there to provide insights into you experience.
