I have a MA in Integral Counseling Psychology, and my approach to psychotherapy is founded on compassion and empathy. My goal is to create a safe space where you can heal, grow and come to a deeper understanding of yourself - one that ultimately allows for self-acceptance and self-love.
Before entering this field I worked as an educator for 26 years, and my work with children and families greatly informs my work as a therapist. My areas of special interest are family relationships, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, grief, domestic violence, sexual abuse, gender identity, and trauma.
