It’s been a challenging time for many of us and at it can be difficult to manage our mental health with the uncertainty of our world. That’s where I come in! I focus on facilitating insight with you to improve your ability to cope, process, and manage your stressors as well as create new, healthy ways in which to respond to the ever changing world around you. Whether your goal is improving your interpersonal relationships, building self-esteem, or processing loss/grief, I am here to support and process it all with you.
My specialties include stress management, grief and loss, recovery, and women’s issues. My approach to treatment is based on the idea that therapy is a place for counselor and client to build a relationship that promotes healing and empowerment though solution focus interactions.
My role as a counselor is to support you through their journey while creating a safe, non-judgmental space for you to share their feelings and experiences. As each client is unique and has their own individual needs, my approach is CBT, DBT, and Person-Centered, evolving to always fit your personal goals and needs.
