Usually, I use cognitive behavioral therapy to work with your intrusive or automatic thoughts, it will help you to take control of what are you thinking. Then, we can use positive psychology methods to prevent any mental health difficulties in the future. Sometimes it's too hard to explain what exactly you feel, cards of associations will help us with it.
