I enjoy helping with figuring out what's missing in life and working on ways to put these things in place. Adults still dealing with the trauma of unmet needs in childhood are a particular interest - together, we can process those unresolved aspects of your life story, and we can explore the things that are holding you back so that you can move forward.
I enjoy working with "mystery diagnosis" cases - physical or psychological problems with no known cause. I am interested in attachment relationships to important others (parents, partners, children, friends) throughout the lifespan. I utilize a mix of psychoeducation and insight-oriented concepts to foster greater understanding of self and others.
