I specialize in aging and health psychology, including chronic illness, pain, postpartum adjustment, sexual health, eating disorders, depression, and anxiety. I support adults through transitions—identity shifts, relationship changes, parenting, midlife reevaluation, and end-of-life. I also work with immigrants and refugees, and offer therapy in Russian.
Therapy is a space where your experience is honored and your wisdom trusted. I work from a client-centered lens—offering support without judgment or agenda.
