I am an English, Russian, and Ukrainian-speaking therapist. I believe in approaching psychotherapy through a holistic, collaborative perspective to foster a safe and socially just, non-judgmental, and meaningful interpersonal experience. I have experience working with adults, couples, families, and teens from diverse backgrounds.

My experience and clinical work include working with clients suffering from trauma, addiction, Anxiety disorders, ADHD, Depressive disorders, OCD, relational dynamics, adjustment, vocational development, culture, and identity. My approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, ACT, psychodynamic approach, and EMDR.
