I help adults, couples, and families work through trauma, anxiety, ADHD, eating and body image concerns, and relationship distress. Many of my clients feel stuck in patterns that make sense on the surface but are exhausting to live with, especially when they are used to being the responsible one or the one everyone else depends on. In our work together, I focus on helping you understand what is happening in your nervous system, how past experiences may still be showing up in the present, and what it takes to actually create change that lasts.
I have extensive training in complex trauma, which helps me support in understanding how past experiences shape current emotions, relationships, and patterns. I also specialize in neurodivergence, eating disorders, ADHD, and body image concerns, especially when these overlap with trauma, attention, and stress.
If you are feeling stuck in anxiety, trauma, burnout, or relationship conflict, you are not alone. I work with adults, couples, and families, including high-responsibility professionals, who are often the ones holding everything together for others while feeling overwhelmed inside.
