I am a licensed professional clinical counselor and have worked in the mental health field for over 25 years. I would love the opportunity to work with you in achieving your personal growth goals. I like to think of my work with clients like sitting down with an old friend over a cup of coffee and having a conversation. Most of my previous clients have found me very easy to talk with and to form a connection with. With my life experiences and varied work settings, I can generally connect with most people from many walks of life.
I use an eclectic approach, pulling from several evidence-based practices, thinking that you cannot have too many tools in a therapeutic toolbox, trying to tailor my approach to the individual needs of each client. I try to help folks think and challenge themselves to find their own solutions for personal growth.
