Our current Covid-19 climate of living, can be highly stressful and anxiety provoking for many people. Are you feeling anxious? Down? Stuck? Frustrated? This is not at all unusual, and IS very recoverable. It is my pleasure to help you make sense of it, regain your footing, and help you get back on track.
I specialize in communication and relationships, both with the self, and also with others. My focus is on whole-person integration: body, mind, emotion and spirit. I also specialize in trauma work with EMDR and Advanced Integrative Therapy. My work is highly interactive, innovative, integrative, and solution-focused.
