Welcome! I am deeply committed to providing a gentle and compassionate healing space for those who have endured childhood trauma, sexual abuse, complex PTSD and struggles with dating/ relationships. I offer a safe, non-judgmental place where we slow things down so your nervous system can catch its breath. Here, you’ll find empathy and understanding integrated with tools to foster self-awareness, growth and positive change. Together, we explore your story with care and curiosity, not to "fix" you, but to empower you to reconnect with the wisdom that's already inside with the intention to reclaim the life you want to live.

My therapeutic style is heart-centered, open-minded and unconditional acceptance. I integrate talk therapy, EMDR, IFS, mind-body techniques, eastern practices and often humor. Main specializations are childhood trauma, sexual abuse, C-PTSD, dissociation, anxiety and relational issues. I enjoy working with adults, young women and college students.
