Not accepting new clients
Let's Connect (910) 920-9968
I am not taking new clients at this time. I work with my clients’ innate resilience, providing support to people as they discover this resilience for themselves. This process can help propel more easily reconnect with ourselves, each other, and our world.
I am a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. This unique approach to healing the effects of trauma is a naturalistic and gentle therapy for resolving the effects of stress, anxiety, and trauma. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help with skill building and Motivational Interviewing to assist clients through the cycle of change.
As a strengths based and somatically oriented social worker, I help adults rediscover this innate resilience and move through difficult times in life with increased ability to connect with self, other, and the world.
