Welcome! Are you struggling with anxiety, disordered eating, body image concerns, life stressors, or relationship challenges? You don’t have to navigate it alone. I specialize in working with teens and adults experiencing eating disorders, binge eating, restrictive eating, emotional eating, anxiety, depression, and relationship stress. Many of my clients struggle with perfectionism, overthinking, and difficulty setting boundaries. Together, we focus on reducing anxiety, improving your relationship with food and your body, and building healthier coping strategies that feel sustainable.
I will take the time to get to know your individual needs and help "you" develop personal goals for treatment. I will help individuals build self esteem and strengths, and empower individuals to advocate and take control of one's life.
Together, the unmanageable can feel more manageable. We will build upon strengths to meet goals and to maintain a healthy emotional lifestyle. I provide in person and Telehealth sessions.
