I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and specialize in working with preteens/adolescents, young adults, and families. I am passionate about helping others navigate difficult life circumstances to get to a place of healing and peace. My goal is to create an environment where clients can feel safe, heard, and validated. I have found a love for helping this population to navigate life’s challenges that range from social anxiety, trauma, and inappropriate boundaries. I also specialize in treating children and young adults on the Autism Spectrum.
My experience lies primarily in treating pre-teens, adolescents, and young adults. I am a certified trauma therapist and certified to treat individuals with poor physical boundaries. In addition, I am also an Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist and have a passion for helping families who have been impacted by Autism.
My greatest hope is to provide clients with an experience they can grow in and to be able to leave each session feeling hopeful about the future. I want clients to know I will walk through this journey alongside them, providing support for one’s healing and foster growth and development of one’s strengths.
