Hi there, and welcome! I'm glad you're here! I'm a clinical social worker in both Massachusetts (LICSW) and Florida (LCSW). I absolutely love helping individuals find their footing while struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, loss, or any sort of major life transition, such as a new job or transition to college. I enjoy working with adults in any season of life, but find myself particularly excited about working with young adults, as this time of life is often fraught with life-changing transitions and decision-making!
My focus overall is to provide a sense of both empowerment and optimism in my clients when dealing with life's curveballs. I would describe my therapy style as collaborative and inquisitive, with a dash of humor sprinkled in!
