Welcome! Clients often come to me feeling burnt out, overwhelmed, and exhausted — running on empty while still trying to hold everything together. Many are women navigating new motherhood or perimenopause; others are couples ready to build a relationship that's a foundation to thrive from, not struggle through. I also support clients facing dysfunctional family dynamics, addiction, codependency, and long-term recovery.
My aim is to help you recognize your natural gifts, and give presence and hope to the parts of you that are suffering.
My approach is relational and warm — rooted in presence and real attunement, not just technique. I draw on Internal Family Systems (IFS), which sees the mind as different "parts" working to protect us, helping you build self-compassion and lasting change. With couples, I pair Gottman's tools with IFS to deepen connection and create a thriving shared life.
