My work is guided by Solution Focused Therapy and I use Brainspotting, a brain based psychotherapy modality, which allows access to the midbrain, where traumatic experiences are stored. I provide a safe place where you can build on strengths and heal emotional pain and anxiety, to lead a more satisfying life.
I seek to help people by providing counseling therapy for a wide array of concerns including anxiety, depression, and trauma related issues. In addition I work with athletic and performance issues.
