I am trauma focused, specializing in addiction recovery, LGBTQ+ populations and religious trauma. I am EMDR trained with a neuroscience approach. EMDR helps the brain reprocess painful experiences so they feel less intense and more manageable over time. We will make space for discomfort and create emotional regulation and alignment to wellbeing.
